38 markets, two hubs
We sell direct through nordhavn.com and through 120 independent stockists. Everything leaves from Copenhagen or Long Beach, with duties and taxes cleared before delivery in 34 of our 38 markets.
Markets and regions
Consumer orders and wholesale deliveries are handled by the same team, so stock availability and lead times are shared across channels.

Copenhagen · EU fulfilment hub
Duty-paid by default.
Most cross-border shops leave the customs bill to the customer. We do not. Duties and import taxes are calculated at checkout, collected by us and remitted to the authority, so the price you confirm is the price you pay.
Where DDP is not available — a handful of destinations — the checkout says so explicitly and the carrier collects on delivery. We never understate value or mark parcels as gifts.
One team, five languages
Our support and trade desks work from Copenhagen and answer in Danish, English, German, French and Lithuanian.
Currency
Prices are shown and charged in USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD or SGD. You choose the currency before paying, and the amount confirmed at checkout is the amount charged.
Payment
Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Klarna, depending on market. All processed by a PCI DSS Level 1 provider.
Aftercare
30-day returns in every market, free in the EU and US, plus a five-year repair promise on oak furniture.
